Team No Sleep.

Payton turned 6 weeks yesterday, and her birthday present to me was a 6 1/2 hour stretch of sleep! Now granted, I didn’t sleep that whole stretch, but it’s a start.
I had taken a peak at our Baby Wise book yesterday (which we quickly gave up on soon after she was born) and it said week 7 should be the start of your baby sleeping through the night. It mentioned eliminating the 3 A.M. feeding so last night I figured why not try it? 
Sure enough, P started to move around and fuss around 2:30 expecting to be fed. Instead, I just patted her back and “shh”-ed her back to sleep. To my surprise, it worked! 3 hours later she started moving around again and I hoped I could do the same but she was definitely hungry by then. But I can proudly say she slept from 11 to 5:30 with me only having to put her back to sleep once! Yay!!
Any tips on how we can get her moved from our bed to her crib would be greatly appreciated, but baby steps y’all. My goal for tonight is to push her 10P.M. feeding a little later to see if I can get her to sleep til 6:30 or 7 in the morning so we’re not waking up dad right before his alarm goes off. I’ll let y’all know how it goes!
Also, how cute is this shirt? I just discovered SheIn.com and ordered a few things. So far, so good. I’ll be sharing things I’ve found later!
